Lovely restaurant in superb hotel but the staff were over-run &amp; therefore service was very slow. It took over 20 minutes for anyone to come &amp; take our drinks order!

Quer&iacute;amos celebrar con una comida especial la ruta que estamos haciendo por La Rioja y Navarra y el Parador de Olite nos ha parecido que era el mejor sitio para darnos un homenaje. Comida buen&iacute;sima y abundante, t&iacute;pica de la zona y un ambiente cl&aacute;sico pero acogedor. Muy recomendable.
